Q1 - Are all the mobile phones prices listed with or without any contract?
A1 - All mobile phones prices listed are without contract or any form of subscription required.
Q2 - Do you products comes with any warranty?
A2 - Yes. Our warranty information is listed on every product detail page where applicable. Brand new mobile phones comes with 1 Year local warranty from agent unless otherwise stated.
Q3 - What are agent and supplier sets?
A3: Agent/supplier sets are brand new phones directly obtained from local distributors. These brand new phones may sometimes carry an operator's logo/seal for certain contractual reasons between distributors and operators. All warrantied products will comes with ITECH MOBILE company seal on the warranty card.
Q4 - Do your company provide any form of hand written invoices?
A4 - All our inventory are system tracked and an electronic invoice will be issued upon sales of item. Please kindly keep the invoice for any form of exchanges and warranty coverage listed on the invoice's terms and condition.
For online purchases, an electronic order and invoice with shipping details will be sent to your registered email automatically.
Pricing and Payment Related
Q1- What currency are the prices listed on the website in?
A1 - All prices are listed are based in Singapore Dollars only (SGD).
Q2 - Are the prices inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST)?
A2 - We do not impose any form of GST to customers as we are not a GST registered company. GST registration in Singapore is not mandatory for businesses with less than S$1m annual turnover.
Q3 - Do we offer Good and Serivces Tax (GST) refund?
A3 - No, we do not offer GST refund as we do not impose any GST to our transactions. GST registration in Singapore is not mandatory for businesses with less than S$1m annual turnover.
Q4 - What are the mode of payment for the price listed in your website?
A4 - Currently, we are only accepting PayPal for online purchase. We are exploring more payment gateways to serve you better.
Q5 - Are the prices listed in your website similar to those that are sold through your retail shop ?
A5 - Yes, all prices sold in our retail shop are the same as those listed in our website for the day it is listed. However, we sometimes do have online promotions and discount codes provided to customers during promotion period.
Q6 - Do you accept other payments in your retail premises?
A6 - Yes we do offer Credit Card and Nets payment for purchases in our store. Please note that prices listed online for mobile phones and some other electronics products are based on cash payment only.
Q7 - Do your company offer installment plan?
A7 - Yes. We do offer credit card installment plan for 6, 9 and 12 months terms for May Bank and Diners card holders in our retail premises. Minimum purchase amount for installment plan will be based on $500 SGD.
Order, Purchase and Shipping
Q1 - Why are there no add to cart functions for some items?
A1 - Currently, only certain products are configured to be purchased online. Please rest assure we are working on our side for online purchase for the rest of our products including mobile phones.
Q2 - How do I proceed to order if I am interested to purchase a mobile phone or other products which are not available for online purchase?
A2 - Please kindly call us at our hotline at 63534911 to place an order or reservation of the product of your interest. Our friendly sales personnel will be glad to be at your service.
Q3 - Does your company handle corporate purchase with other payment terms besides COD?
A3 - Yes. We do offer corporate purchase with 7 days terms on case by case basis. However, COD is preferred upon delivery. We do accept company cheque or cash upon delivery. Please kindly email us and send your purchase order to sales@itechmobile.com.sg
Q4 - How do your ship your items?
A4 - Currently, our products are shipped to our local customers by registered mail via Singpost only. Please do allow 1-3 working days for local mail delivery.
For overseas purchase, we will shipped by International air mail. It will take between 10-14 working days depending on locations. We are also exploring to work with international shipping companies like Fedex, DHL and UPS.
Trade-in Phones / Sell Phones
Q1 - Difference betwwen trading in and selling phones to us.
A1 - The trading in process consist of exchanging an used/new phone for another phone and obtains a rebate amount (if any). Selling phones to us will be solely based on cash transaction to you. Trade-in prices given are often higher than selling prices. Please do not hesitate to call us for a price quote.
Q2 - Trade-in price T&C. What is required for trading in of used/new phones?
A2 - We would required the handset and al the original accessories that comes with the phone. If there are missing items for the trade-in, there might be a reduced price from the trade-in price listed. We would only be able to give you an accurate quote upon visual inspection of your used phones.
