All goods and products are checked by our suppliers and staffs to ensure they are not defective or used.

All brand new phones are given a one-to-one exchange policy should any phones are suspected refurbished/used products based on inspection upon real-time transactions.


Warranty Policy 
All brand new phones / products come with ONE-year local agent warranty which should be claimed against respective agents unless otherwise stated.
All refurbish / used products come with at least 1 month shop warranty with ITECH MOBILE unless otherwise stated.
